25mm Ventury Injector

ISI Ventury Injector

A Ventury Injector is a device used to inject fluids (such as fertilizers, chemicals, or gases) into a water stream under pressure. It works on the principle of the Venturi effect, where a fluid passing through a constricted section of pipe speeds up, reducing pressure and creating a vacuum. This vacuum effect allows the injector to draw in and mix another fluid into the main water stream without the need for an external pump.

Features:

Size: 25mm inlet/outlet diameter (compatible with standard piping systems). Material: Made from durable materials like polypropylene or other high-grade plastic for resistance to chemicals and corrosion. Design: Tapered or narrowing design that facilitates the Venturi effect for efficient fluid mixing. Flow Control: Built-in control valves for adjusting the suction rate of the injected fluid. Efficiency: Operates under low pressure with minimal energy consumption, making it ideal for irrigation systems and chemical dosing.

Applications:

Agriculture: Used in fertigation systems to inject fertilizers, pesticides, and other nutrients into irrigation lines. Water Treatment: For injecting chemicals like chlorine for water purification. Aquaculture: To mix oxygen or other gases into water for improved fish farming conditions. The injector is designed to be simple and efficient, requiring no external power source other than the flow of water to create the necessary suction and injection effect.
